Terms of Service

1 – Company information
Elise Harlow is operated by JH E-comm, a company legally registered in the Netherlands.

For any questions or assistance, you can contact us by email at info@eliseharlow.com. We respond as quickly as possible during business hours, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (French time).

2 – Acceptance of the Terms
By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our services.

Continued use of Elise Harlow constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify them at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication in the store.

3 – Eligibility to purchase
To place an order with Elise Harlow, you must provide accurate personal information, including your full name, shipping address and valid payment details. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Dutch law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if fraud is suspected, to ensure safe and legitimate transactions for both parties.

4 – Product information
We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date and detailed information about our products, including descriptions, prices and images. However, variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.

Elise Harlow reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors without prior notice. If an error affects your order, we will contact you immediately to offer a solution, which may include modifying or cancelling the order.

5 – Prices and taxes
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT. We maintain a transparent pricing policy, with no hidden fees at checkout.

In exceptional cases where additional taxes or customs duties apply, these will be clearly indicated during the checkout process or before the order is confirmed. We comply with all Dutch and EU regulations on fair and transparent pricing.

6 – Orders and confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. Once it has been processed, you will receive a second email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. This confirmation represents Elise Harlow's acceptance of your purchase.

If we are unable to process your order due to stock shortages, payment issues or delivery restrictions, we will inform you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.

7 – Payments
We accept secure payments through trusted external providers, ensuring full protection of your personal and financial data. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL.

By providing your payment details, you authorise Elise Harlow to charge the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping costs (where applicable). Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions will be investigated and may result in legal action.

8 – Delivery and delivery times
We offer free shipping on all orders in France, with no minimum order value. Our team handles every order with care so that it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak periods. You will receive tracking information to follow your shipment.

9 – Delivery conditions and delays
Although we only work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes or logistical issues. Elise Harlow cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us so we can resolve the issue with the carrier. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

10 – Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. For more details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11 – Product exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact customer service before returning it. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

12 – Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no extra cost before they have been shipped. Once shipped, our return policies apply. To cancel, email info@eliseharlow.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

13 – Product availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer alternatives or a full refund.

14 – Intellectual property
All content in the Elise Harlow store, including text, images, designs, logos and trademarks, is the property of JH E-comm and is protected by Dutch and EU law. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Requests can be sent to info@eliseharlow.com.

15 – User accounts
Some sections require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. Please report any suspicious access immediately. Elise Harlow cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from insufficient account protection.

16 – Customer conduct
Respectful behaviour towards the store and our team is expected. Abuse, fraud or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or deleted.

17 – Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Elise Harlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

18 – Force majeure
Elise Harlow cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government decisions. We take reasonable measures to minimise disruption.

19 – Links to third-party websites
The store may contain links to external websites, provided for convenience and not implying any endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.

20 – Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Tilburg, the Netherlands.
